Ritter Imaging sports two imaging software packages, namely; LYNX and LYNX 3D. The LYNX imaging software supports non 3D products namely; TAURUS, GEMINI, VEGA, RENZO, while LYNX 3D supports our 3D ORION Cone Beam CT unit. Both products are from a medical background and are designed and built with reliability and durability in mind.

The LYNX software focuses on 2D image capture, image enhancement, diagnostic tools, practice management integration, work flow enhancement, patient database management, and DICOM conformance.

The LYNX software utilizes a medical interface and GUI presenting images so that diagnosis is enhanced. In addition, it provides implant simulation software so dentists who do not have access to dental CT’s are not disadvantaged.

Ritter’s LYNX is intuitive, fast, and reliable and is able to capture, still images such as panoramic, cepholametric, color, video, and x-ray. Additionally it provides users with reports, image texting, measurements, angle measurements, and density slicing.

LYNX 3D is built strictly for 3D imaging application and is the software supporting the company’s premier product, our ORION cone beam CT.

LYNX 3D supports the capture of electronic data sets from our CT unit and reconstructs the data so the trained dentist andradiologist are able to diagnose the resulting image. Images can be enhanced and, more importantly, can be sliced to present very minute details in all three dimensions. For technical requirements please download data sheets from our website.
