The new TAURUS RPC-88 employs new state of the art CdTe imaging technology. The RP & RPC series generate images which are 300% higher resolution than their competitors. The new CdTe (Cadmium Telluride) sensor technology provides up to 300 individual images per second during a single Panoramic or Cephalometric exposure. These images are combined using our own proprietary LYNX™ Software to produce multiple panoramic layers of unparalleled quality and clarity.
The TAURUS RPC-88 produces the LOWEST radiation exposure to the patient, and is kind to the environment. At just 1.5m in height, the TAURUS RPC-88's compact size and form allow it to fit into the smallest dental office.
